TERMS OF SERVICE

EFFECTIVE APRIL 28, 2026

The plain-English version: Your Tour is a private fantasy-golf tool for friend trips. We are not a gambling operator. You agree not to use it to abuse other people. We can pull the plug on accounts that ignore that. The legal-flavored version is below.

01 · The Service

Your Tour (“the Service”) is a web and mobile application that helps small groups run private fantasy-golf leagues built around their own real-life trips and outings. Members create a private league, draft a custom pool of golfers (real people, not pros) under a salary cap, score hole-by-hole on their phone, and watch a live fantasy leaderboard.

The Service is provided “as is” for the recreational use of private groups. We do not run paid contests, manage prize pools, settle wagers, or hold funds.

02 · Eligibility (and we are not a gambling operator)

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By creating an account you confirm both.

Your Tour is not a gambling operator and does not facilitate gambling.

We do not offer paid entries, prize payouts, fantasy contests for prizes, real-money wagering, sports betting, or any form of gaming-of-chance. The Service is a record-keeping and scoring tool for a private group of people who already know each other in real life. If members of a private league choose to settle informal, friendly wagers among themselves, that activity occurs entirely off-platform, between those individuals, under their own jurisdiction’s laws, and Your Tour is neither a party to nor a facilitator of any such arrangement.

If you are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where private fantasy-golf record-keeping software is unlawful, you must not use the Service.

03 · User content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service, including lineups, member-uploaded golfer information, course notes, hole scores, photos and avatars, league commentary, and any free-text input that feeds our highlight-reel narration (“User Content”).

You grant Your Tour a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your User Content for the purpose of operating the Service for you and the other members of your private leagues. This includes generating tournament leaderboards, season recaps, and AI-narrated highlight reels using your scores and the descriptive text you choose to submit.

You represent that you have the right to submit any User Content you upload, and that your User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

04 · Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, crawl, or programmatically harvest data from the Service;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
  • submit content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or hateful, including in commish notes, league names, or highlight-reel persona prompts that feed our LLM narrator;
  • use the Service to coordinate paid contests, sports books, or other gambling activity (see Section 02);
  • attempt to circumvent the row-level security model, access another league’s private data, or interfere with the Service’s security or availability;
  • use the Service to train competing machine-learning models on the data of other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice, depending on severity.

05 · Subscription terms

Some features of the Service are gated to a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold as an annual plan, billed in advance through Stripe on the web or through Apple in-app purchase on iOS. The current price is shown on the checkout or App Store purchase sheet at the time you subscribe.

Auto-renew. Subscriptions auto-renew annually when the checkout flow states that renewal applies. Stripe subscriptions can be canceled through the customer-portal link in your account settings before the renewal date; Apple subscriptions are managed with your Apple ID. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.

Refunds.Annual subscriptions are refundable on a pro-rated basis within 14 days of purchase or renewal if the Service has been materially unavailable. Outside that window, we do not generally issue refunds, though we’ll consider individual situations in good faith — email [email protected].

Web purchases are managed at yourtourplay.com. iOS in-app purchases are purchased and restored through the App Store in the Your Tour app.

06 · Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Handicap calculations are best-effort. Your Tour computes course handicaps and stroke allocations based on USGA-style formulas using the course/tee data we have on file. We are not USGA-certified, the calculations are not for official handicap reporting, and you should not rely on them for any sanctioned competition. Use at your own risk and verify with your home club if it matters.

Course information is sourced from third-party data providers and member submissions; accuracy is not guaranteed. Highlight-reel narration is generated by third-party LLM and TTS providers and may include errors, omissions, or unintended commentary.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Your Tour be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.

07 · Termination & account deletion

You may delete your account at any time. The deletion flow lives at /app/account/delete and follows a 30-day cooling-off window — sign back in at any time during that window to cancel the deletion. After the window elapses, your account is permanently removed and shared content (such as scorecards in tournaments other members are still part of) is replaced with a “[deleted user]” placeholder rather than cascading away other people’s history. See the Privacy Policy for the full data inventory.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, for prolonged inactivity if we ever sunset the Service, or if continuing to provide the Service to you would expose us to legal liability. We will give reasonable notice where possible.

08 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and Your Tour submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual-property rights.

09 · Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify active accounts via the email address on file or through an in-app banner before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the new effective date constitutes acceptance.
